All products undergo 100% visual inspection, dimensional measurement, vibration testing and rotational accuracy testing to ensure zero-defect delivery.

质检中心配备德国进口圆度仪、日本三丰量具、BVT振动检测仪等先进设备，可对轴承的径向游隙、旋转精度、振动速度、噪音水平等进行精确测量。 Our QC center is equipped with German-imported roundness testers, Mitutoyo gauges, BVT vibration analyzers and more, enabling precise measurement of radial clearance, rotational accuracy, vibration velocity and noise levels.
